Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information


3. Shipping Fees

We may offer:

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • If the order has not shipped, we may update the address

  • If already shipped, we are not responsible for lost packages

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Contact our support team for assistance

We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
